These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Longevate website and related services available at longevate.me (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Longevate ("Longevate", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any way – including viewing content, using the questionnaire, or clicking links – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms are intended to apply to users worldwide. Some consumer protection and other laws cannot be waived or limited by contract; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
The Service is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
If you are under 18, you must not use the Service or rely on any information provided through it.
Longevate provides a digital tool that organises scientific evidence about dietary supplements and allows you to generate a personalised supplement "stack" based on information you submit (for example, age, lifestyle, goals, and budget), as well as to browse a library of supplements and related educational content.
The Service may show indicative prices and links to independent third-party retailers or platforms where you can purchase supplements. Longevate does not manufacture, package, sell, or deliver any supplements. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the relevant third-party retailer or manufacturer, not with Longevate.
The Service is educational and informational only. It is not a healthcare service and is not a substitute for an individual assessment by a qualified professional.
The content and recommendations generated or displayed by the Service – including supplement stacks, explanatory text, educational materials, comparisons, and any other information – are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, do not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or other professional healthcare relationship, and do not replace a consultation with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
You must always consult a qualified healthcare professional (such as your doctor):
Never ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read on the Service or because of any recommendation generated by it.
The Service is not designed for emergencies. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (for example, 112 or 911) and seek in-person medical care.
You use all information from the Service at your own risk.
When you use the Service, you agree that you will:
You are solely responsible for your own health decisions, including whether to take or not take any supplement, what products to buy, and how you interpret and use information from the Service together with the advice of your healthcare providers.
The Service may display information about third-party products (such as supplements), indicative prices, ratings, or other product information, and/or links or buttons that take you to third-party websites, platforms, or online shops ("Third-Party Services").
These Third-Party Services are not under our control. We do not operate or manage them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or practices; the quality, safety, or legality of their products or services; or any transactions or communications that occur between you and those third parties.
Your use of Third-Party Services is fully at your own risk and is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third-party providers. You should review their terms and privacy policies carefully before using their websites, providing any information, or purchasing any products.
Longevate does not manufacture, test, or package supplements. Responsibility for safety, quality, labelling, regulatory compliance, and claims relating to a particular supplement lies with the relevant manufacturer, brand, retailer, or other responsible entity under applicable law.
From time to time, we may work with partners or affiliates and may receive commissions or other forms of compensation if you purchase through certain links. Such relationships do not change the fact that third parties are solely responsible for their own products, services, and content.
Unless stated otherwise, all content and materials on the Service are owned by Longevate or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, for example:
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not, without our prior written consent:
If you choose to send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you, and you grant Longevate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.
You agree not to use the Service:
The Service and all content provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide any warranties or guarantees, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of:
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will always be available, timely, secure, or free from errors or defects; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the information obtained through the Service will be accurate, up-to-date, complete, or suitable for your particular purposes; or that any results or outcomes (health-related or otherwise) will follow from using information from the Service.
Any use of the Service and reliance on the information provided is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Longevate and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; or any damages arising from personal decisions regarding supplements, lifestyle changes, or health management made in reliance on the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent that any liability is not lawfully excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount (if any) you paid us to use the relevant part of the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty (50) euros (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevate and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
This clause does not apply where such claims arise solely from our own fault to an extent that cannot be limited by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, as long as doing so complies with applicable law.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will post the updated version on the Service and adjust the "Last updated" date at the top.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
Unless a different law is mandatorily applicable because of where you live, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you may also have the right to bring claims in your country of residence and to rely on mandatory local consumer laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices provided on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Longevate regarding your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
